There are 2 case possible

HVT is dead but body is in pakistan in that case after 6/7 month pak army/isi would declare HVT died of natural cause

HVT is captured durning IA strugical strike .In this case the HVT might be going from introgration phase and post that he would declared dead . so as control situation in JnK

Also BJP/MOdi would like to milk such HVT death

THis surgical strike has rattled almost all opposition specailly AAP/INC
