I agree. More than 90% Hindu members here would be from he higher castes. Even today, the spread of resources and access to things like this forum via internet is highly caste biased. So it wont be a surprise.

What the hell. Nobody stops SC ST from entering a cyber cafe or studying computers at School College. There is no such bias today, but only the lag that they have to cover.
There is time/phase for everything to happen and it follows a curve. You don't come out of a hut and directly jump to internet forums like a convent educated.
In each visit to rural areas I see improvement in the living standards of SC STs. Wait for soemtime, you will see them on forums as well.
SC ST people who've made lives in cities are still quite country minded and have slightly different preferences/lifestyles. They choose not to come at DFI yet.
Nobody stops them from coming to DFI.
