Exercise Yudh Abhyas 16 : Validation Exercise Completed

Planning and conduct of Raid, Mobile Check Posts, Hostage - Rescue and House Clearing Drills during Counter Terrorist Operations were rehearsed in Indo-US Joint Exercise Yudh Abhyas 2016

The Indo-US Joint Military Exercise Yudh Abhyas2016 culminated today in a 48 hrs consolidation and validation exercise of Rescue and Destroy mission. Besides training, both the contingents also participated in a number of extracurricular and sports activities. A magnificent parade and the customary exchange of mementoes marked the successful completion of Indo-US combined Army Exercise. The combined exercise not only promoted understanding and inter-operability between the two Armies, but also helped in strengthening ties between the two countries. (ADGPI - Indian Army)
