    Places like Africa are a huge market for India, from first hand accounts of friends. In some places, even matches are imported from France. Africans are eager to study in india, and many can be seen in Bangalore colleges. Foreign policy should account for such activities, instead of the tamasha running now. (Even the previous regime were no better, best foreign policy till date was by Chanakya over 2000 years ago.)
