Indian airlines in loss because of extremely low fare

If you compare equal distance( Say 1100 km ) moved in 3 countries by aeroplane say India, USA, China

Here is the price break up

India ( Rs 4300)
Base fare = Rs 1100 , tax = Rs 3200

China (Rs 7400 )

Base fare = Rs 5800 , tax = Rs 1600

US( Rs 5500)

Base fare = Rs 4000, tax = Rs 1500

I have found Indian air fares to be lowest among all the major countries but tax is highest among all the major countries.

Airline's comes into luxury hence the tax then, but dont know even after decades when they are going to be revised
