Why would Lockheed invest for Weapons Integration facility of Tejas? And which weapons will be integrated? Israeli, Russian?

Misleading video based on misleading article, The facility is not nearly related with aviation rather naval and land system manufacture here in India and exported outside ..

Which aspect of Tejas will Lockheed give help? I think Tejas has met all its performance parameters. And there are no reports of weapon integration issues. The only missing piece is Kaveri- but that's not something where Lockheed can help.

KH-2017 is taking off with Python-5 missiles for a test flight.

The Python-5 from Rafael Advanced Defence Systems is a fifth generation air-to-air missile designed to engage very short range and near beyond visual range targets. It is the newest member of the Python missile range and one of the most advanced AAMs in the world.

The Python-5 has high resistance against countermeasures and can be deployed on a wide range of aircraft such as F-15, F-16, Mirage, Saab Gripen and Su-30MKI. The missile is equipped with a new dual waveband Focal Plane Array (FPA) imaging seeker, inertial navigation system and advanced Infrared Counter-Counter-Measures (IRCCM).

The Python-5 can be launched from a very short to beyond visual ranges in Lock-On-Before Launch (LOBL) and Lock-On-After Launch modes with full sphere launch capability. The solid fuel rocket motor and warhead ensure a high probability of success.

The engineering challenge has been enormous in integrating this missile onto Tejas both from the OEM as well as stores management system integrator at ADA.

After the indigenously-developed Sarang demonstrated its capabilities in the skies with four helicopters mesmerising the huge crowd gathered at the event, Tejas took flight for the first time at an International Air Show.

Complimenting the effort put on by everybody back home, here we present an image of Tejas carrying two 1000 lbs MK-11 bombs in TANDEM for the first time for an exclusive test flight to know what happens when one released in presence of the other.
We take this opportunity to dedicate this image to the armament designers and all associated in designing and realizing a special pylon for this configuration. Days will not be far when there will be six of these heavier stores on-board. This is a step closer.
