I am talking about your civil war and its impact on your policies.

You were never able to neutralise LTTE before but suddenly you got muscle and intelligence capabilities. One can only speculate.
We always had the capacity to neutralize LTTE. We have almost wiped them out in 1986 (Operation Liberation) if not for the Rajiv's intervention. What we lacked was a strong leadership. Mahinda Rajapaksha provided just that for the Eelam War 4.

Case of @HeinzGud is very rare. Sri Lankans are very friendly to Indians anywhere.
More important, Lankans are properly educated people who don't claim to be Arabs & Turks like some other neighbors.:biggrin2:
The general view of Indians are negative among Sri Lankans. You can see that from the opposition to the ECTA. Though there is a huge cult following for Indian movie industry.

That's bunch of crap.
If you had almost wiped out LTTE in 1986, you wouldn't have lost more than 70% of territory to them in 2000.
Trying to put blame on outsiders for your own failures.

Everyone knows your capability in fighting. That's why China became so friendly with your country.

Indeed so, I'm waiting till they call fresh elections. :cool3: They have come to power through lies and tries to stay in power through more lies.
We will look ahead.:D

Mostly among leftist & communist.

Other one is Nepal, your views about India much depend on which political ideology you support.

We were poised to wipe LTTE out in 1986. Then Rajiv happened. Then both sides went into a cease fire and in 1987 IPKF landed in Jaffna. Sri Lankan Army was confounded to few scattered army camps. Then IPKF left the island in 1990s. LTTE broke the ceasefire and attacked the isolated camps. Some held on and some fell. Later most of the camps that held the LTTE onslaught was closed. Some like Mulative was overrun by LTTE. That was the situation until 2000. Even in 2001 Sri Lankan Army was in a commanding position. After almost 6 years of nonstop fighting LTTE was fed up with the warfare. They asked for a ceasefire and our foolish government then agreed for it.

No not among lefties and communists. That is the general opinion of India among the Sinhalese mostly. Check any online poll. You will see the light.

Interception issue, India has several multi layer, very short, short, medium & long range endo and exo atmospheric killers.
No, you don't. Except the imported Russia's system which has very limited capability against missile, all the systems of your own are still in the development stage, none was deployed.

India can even nullify MIRV or MaRV systems with exo atmospheric killers
No, you can't. So far, no one in this world (including American) has anti-MIRV technology, not to mention MARV. India has not done any test against MIRV yet. Wait, India didn't even test her MIRV yet.

India has been testing her ARV's for more than decade. All the waehead reentry vehicle on Indian missiles are active. Now coming to multiple, depending how strong your maths is, check whats the size of Indian missiles, and guess how many warheads it can carry? A word of advice: You need to be off commie propaganda prescriptions to be in sane state of mind before you do hard thinking.

Now coming to AD: India has deployed Akash and Barak 8(co developed with Israel). For ABM yes Indian system is still WIP. With S 400 it will bridge some GAP. With PDV & AAD operational. it will bridge some more. Watch out for future Satellite Killer with PDV's KKV mated to Agni 4. And India will be able to handle MARV(in limiting manner) by mating multiple KKV's in single new missile. It doesnt require yale degree to discern the components that are being developed/have been developed can give multiple options. However India still needs to demonstrate mid course interception, and is very much in plate of DRDO. Right now ABM research is more focussed on Missile from Pakistan. Once that tackled, next focus will obviously be China

Just give me a link of news that India tested her MIRV. Simple as that!

These systems don't have capability of ballistic missile defense.
