No, you can't. So far, no one in this world (including American) has anti-MIRV technology, not to mention MARV. India has not done any test against MIRV yet. Wait, India didn't even test her MIRV yet.
India has been testing her ARV's for more than decade. All the waehead reentry vehicle on Indian missiles are active. Now coming to multiple, depending how strong your maths is, check whats the size of Indian missiles, and guess how many warheads it can carry? A word of advice: You need to be off commie propaganda prescriptions to be in sane state of mind before you do hard thinking.
Now coming to AD: India has deployed Akash and Barak 8(co developed with Israel). For ABM yes Indian system is still WIP. With S 400 it will bridge some GAP. With PDV & AAD operational. it will bridge some more. Watch out for future Satellite Killer with PDV's KKV mated to Agni 4. And India will be able to handle MARV(in limiting manner) by mating multiple KKV's in single new missile. It doesnt require yale degree to discern the components that are being developed/have been developed can give multiple options. However India still needs to demonstrate mid course interception, and is very much in plate of DRDO. Right now ABM research is more focussed on Missile from Pakistan. Once that tackled, next focus will obviously be China
