KARACHI (Reuters) - The International Monetary Fund has expressed concerns about Pakistan's slow implementation of energy sector reforms and a revised general sales tax, officials said on Tuesday.

They can continue to be concerned as they were also concerned before.

Pakistan will continue on its way closure to Kingdom Come and the IMF can whistle for the favourable wind to blow!

Atleast pakistan knows to arm twist everyone and get what it wants.If one sees pakistan as better foreign policy report card .
