Continuing with its crackdown on illegal Bangladeshi migrants, the Mumbai police arrested 15 persons last week, one of them possessing an Aadhaar card, a PAN card and a driving licence.

The aim behind introducing the Aadhaar cards, issued by the Uniq]ue Identification Authority of
India (UIDAI), was to prepare a national database of citizens to improve national security.

Following the seeming lapse, the police have written to the authorities concerned suggesting measures to prevent the illegal entry of people.

Sanjay Shintre, deputy commissioner of police, special branch I, said: “We are checking if the accused managed to get the Aadhaar card by submitting fake documents, or if the card is fake. We will write to the UIDAI suggesting measures for higher level of scrutiny before issuing the card.”

While eight persons were arrested from a hotel at P D’Mello Road in south Mumbai, seven were arrested from a hotel in Navi Mumbai. Those arrested from PD’Mello Road include two Indian contractors who employ illegal immigrants.

An officer requesting anonymity said that most immigrants enter India through the Indo-Bangladesh border, in search of a better lifestyle.

After entering the cities, they seek employment at construction sites and later try getting a fake document made, using which they acquire other documents.

The accused have been arrested under the Indian Passport Act and the Indian Citizenship Act. The special branch had arrested 1,609 illegal Bangladeshi immigrants last year.

This is what I have been strictly against. I am not anti muslim but all the facilities which are given to Indian Muslims must be used by Indian Muslims only. These Indian muslims are the people who believed in India and they are as Indian as any true Indian. When these infiltrators acquire Indian residency permits they eat away the money earmarked for Indian Muslims. All these organisations who call themselves to be supporters of muslims in India must learn to differentiate between Indian muslims and infiltrators and must join hands to throw these guys out of India. I pay a very huge Income tax and I have no problem if it is used to provide facilities to Indian muslims but I am damn against that money being usurped by these infiltrators.
Muslim organisations which support these infiltrators like the MIM of Razakars are actually harming the interests of Indian Muslims and making Indian muslims poor and hindering their growth.

Illegal Bangla migrants turn comeback artists

Illegal Bangla migrants turn comeback artists - The Times of India

AHMEDABAD: Illegal migrant from Bangladesh Idrish Mulla, 28, was arrested by special operations group (SOG) officials from Chandola lake in 2010. It took the officials eight months to complete the formalities necessary to deport Idrish.

But it proved to be an exercise in futility. In mid-2012 the same SOG team was surprised to bump into Idrish again in the same area and the deportation process will have to start all over again.

Some police officials now say they experience deja vu regularly given the unnerving regularity with which illegal migrants return to Ahmedabad within months of being deported. There are many like Idrish who show a remarkable ability to rebound.

"More than 30% of Bangladeshis deported from Gujarat make a quick comeback," said a senior police official. The lengthy deportation procedure involves the city police commissioner, state home department and the central government. Deputy commissioner of police Himanshu Shukla says, "The time taken in deportation and the quick return of the deportees are both issues concerning the central government. We can only do our duty in such a scenario."

SOG police inspector, B M Desai said, "We spend close to Rs 1 lakh from the time an illegal Bangladeshi immigrant is detained till he or she is deported. We incur heavy expenses to provide security, food and accommodation to them. Because they are illegal immigrants and not criminals, they are accorded deferential treatment. We have to keep them in a huge hall and even provide medicines while they are in our custody. We cannot put them behind bars."

Gomul Gulam is another immigrant who has made a quick return after deportation. SOG has custody of 40 illegal Bangladeshi immigrants, including 11 women. Of these, eight are 'comeback experts' who have been arrested twice during the last two years.

Officials Idrish took one year to return but others are much faster. According to records of SOG, in the last five years 480 Bangladeshis were detained in Ahmedabad, of these 440 have already been deported.

This is the real issue, and you will find many Muslims who say that there are no illegal BD Muslims living in India, e.g. Owaisi and his supporters.

Idiot Beggardeshis - their fathers/grandfathers divided our nation in 1947 in a violent manner out of love of their religion and their descendants now sneak in like thieves after turning their own country into s***hole.
