on women's Day when world talks about women's rights and parialment is discussing women right bill .A PDP member of the J&k Legislature introduces a private member's bill to deny rights to women who have been married to non state subjects. curiously the minister does not object to the intorduction of such a retrograde law.
the article below contains the details.
Govt allows PDP to introduce PRC bill in Council

Not to be sexist, but It's not like women don't fight! Take a typical apartment complex, and the kind of politics, drama, fights housewives have with each other.

Conflict is part of human nature, not men's nature.

Agree. It is important to get women into the ruling class from gender equality perspective and also to get diverse views. History has not shown that women rulers are less prone to war.

Indira gandhi, Golda Meir and Margaret Thatcher were all women leaders that went to war, if a woman is in power war maybe avoided concept is flawed.

In China's history when women were at helm of the state or went into the centre stage of politics they tended to be more radical than men. A few examples - 1/ Mao's wife Jiang Qing 2/ Empress dowager Cixi of last dynasty (Qing till 1912)
