Why you people worried..? Islam vs West seems to inching closer towards reality with each passing day and in a shooting game, there is no doubt as to who will be the winner.
That is, depending upon when the game starts.
The cancer is spreading non-stop and the west is still snoring on its prosperity and civilization. Both are fragile.
Perhaps if they had tasted the same form of Islamic invasions like India did, things would be different.
Anyway coming back, so if this game starts too late the rot would have set in too deep and then I think the west would lose.
Till the west is unhampered in supply of material resources (specially the hydrocarbons) their governments would try to compromise, accommodate and make things work. That is what the theme seems for now.
The elusive question is to find this dreaded threshold and that when it would be broken.

Virendra

Twenty-three dead, 200 injured, we wait for more to fall | DAWN.COM

EXCERPTS from this article

But who are we scared of? And why?

The sea, the flood or ourselves? Are we afraid of our own wrath? Of what is buried deep inside us?

What are we afraid of and why?

What's inside us is our enemy and is waiting for the right time to strike. The flowing water calls us, daring us to escape. But escape to what? And from what? Where are the safe shores?

What we see is the eye of the storm. It is no shore. No escape route.

And the storm waits for us, patiently because time is on its side. It can remain hidden in the deep, dark sea, waiting for the right time to turn the sea upside down.

We save ourselves from its claws? But how?

The sea, the storm and the shore are all traps that death has set for us. So how do we escape them? No one has.

In the effort to escape, we are moving towards the deep sea. We are under the water's trance. And we are moving towards the end.

So how do you save ourselves, and from what?

Naah .. Cancer patients don't recover like it was common cold. This will take a lot more guts and unpleasant treatment that would sting for long. Taliban is just a face of the rot.
You play with fire and start burning your own house. Then you hope a bit of balm or butter would heal everything back to normal.
Look around and smell the coffee. Ain't that easy man !!

Actually they don't want to take steps ! I have no trust on Pakistani govt whether it is run by corrupts or by Imran Khan, they simply don't have the wish to fight with the terror which they have nurtured for many years, and so asking to stop the WoT is like making US and the rest of the world a fool. It's only due to WoT that the world knows who is the father of the modern religious terrorism, and Pakistanis hate to see their fellow terrorists dying, want to continue their terror policy, which US doesn't want to allow.

Your unfounded optimism is obvious and understandable. Good luck :namaste:

The same actually applies on your country, Pakistani Media, Govt. and Army has completely brainwashed you and your people  Indian media is much better educated and informed than Paki media which calls Zaid Hamid for interviews.

Your are repeating the lie again and again that Indian Media has brainwashed us, it won't become true!

Pakistan GDP growth was never more than 8%.

World Development Indicators and Global Development Finance - Google Public Data Explorer

In Last 20 years, Only 2 times Pak GDP growth was 7% i.e. 2004-05 and that is only because of AID from US + Debt pardon Check 2004-2005.

The above chart doesn't include AID from GCC and Europe.

Pakistan has been asking for IMF bail outs since 1988. 11 bailouts in the past two decades

IMF programme: 'We tried, we failed, we give up'

GDP of Pakistan is even less than GDP of Mumbai minus Kalashnikov culture, Ethnic and religious violence.

It's Pakistani like you who are brainwashed due to madrasa education. :pound:

Also, it would be worth mentioning "shortcut Aziz" and his false and inflated statistics. I have the links for that somewhere, I will dig them out. In the meantime, if someone gets those links, it will probably show Farhaan his country's real "aukaat".

Here it is :

More bad news - Dr Ashfaque H Khan

Let me begin by summarising the outcomes of the fiscal year that ended on June 30, 2012. Real GDP grew by 3.7 percent in 2011-12. This number is not credible for the following reasons. After the change of base and rebasing of the national accounts fiasco, the Pakistan Bureau of Statistics (PBS) was given a few days to come up with national accounts based on old methodology and old base. Preparing the country's national accounts at such short notice and coming close to the finance minister's 'desired' growth rate (four percent) was indeed a risky job.
----------------------------------
Investment at 12.5 percent of GDP in 2011-12 has been the lowest in the last 60 years. Even this number is inflated and not credible. Domestic saving rate at 5.8 percent of the GDP in 2011-12 is the lowest in the country's history.
