    It is interesting to see how 'efficient' Chidambaram organises internal security of the country.

    Most haphazard way of function with no desire to give the infrastructure required for the operation and worse still, no security arrangements for the actual operation of the helicopters making them sitting ducks!

    If this is how they employ a full fledged military service of the nation, imagine what a cavalier manner they use the paramilitary and the police forces!

    No wonder the paramilitary and police do not function efficiently against the Maoists.

    Do police have capability for long-range patrols? I assume "flat-headed" is a perjorative term.
