Try the birayani at Mecca hotel near Charminar. Mayn't appeal to your hygiene sensibility, but then you will fall in love with that biryani.

Excellent for pearls and garnet is Charminar!

That way you will keep your only wife happy!

Business or otherwise, your wife could not care less if you don't bring a bauble home!

I would recommend 4 Seasons Hotel in Toli Chowki for Lamb Biryani if you have time. Much better than Paradise and closer and easier to get to from Secundarabad than the Charminar area.
