Funny thing he can't even speak Urdu.
Only the Bhutto name is enough.

According to a "close friend" of Bilawal, English is his first language, but he can speak Urdu and Arabic in addition.

I challenge you to not laugh. Sonia Gandhi speaks much better Hindi than he speaks Urdu.

Bilawal Bhutto is No Rahul Gandhi - India Real Time - WSJ
Good comparision by WSJ between Rahul Gandhi and Bilawal. Bilawal's urdu may be bad but atleast he had shown the intent of becoming full fledged politician, he even took on the judiciary on his very first public speech, unfortunately Rahul Gandhi mostly stays silent on any controversial issue.
