Modi has vision and is clear headed.

However, until the economy can backup his vision, it will remain only a vision.

Maybe that is why He and the Finance Minister has indicated as even as of today that India has to tighten its belt and to that end, they will be doing so,

To reboot India's economy we need to do some things...

1) We lose all most all of our foreign currency reserve to bring this. So inflation, our currency's value is low.

2) If we decrease oil import than people will be forced to use public transport, means less private cars(barely with 3 people as passenger) so less traffic jam and less pollution.

3) Increase income tax.

4) Bring back Back money.

Both private car and bus consume oil, and we have to import it, how ever if you compare passenger carrying capacity then a bus beats others.

Private cars cause massive pollution and traffic jam when they carry few passengers than a bus. My point is that.

Here are few points from my side –

#1 Clearing infrastructure projects ASAP. I am glad there are some movements in this regard.

Govt initiates steps to relax FDI policy in railways

Gadkari mulls amending Land Acquisition Act

#2 Low interest rate for housing – It will take some time as RBI will not make much change in its policy till we have a high inflation situation.
#3 Do not let our currency appreciate too much. It should be kept in around 55 per $. But with the situation in Iraq our currency may again go up to 62-63.
#4 Change labour laws in consultation with states – Difficult to do at the moment. This is crucial for low cost manufacturing.
#5 In coming budget, make a law that would debar any future government from making retrospective amendments to tax laws.

gobar gas doesn't produces gas when burnt.
It appears you haven't read the article I posted.

Re: Cow and Methane
In a 2006 United Nations' Food and Agricultural Organization report, it claims that the livestock sector, most of which are cows, "generates more greenhouse gas emissions as measured in CO2 equivalent – 18 percent – than transport." According to a Danish study, the average cow produces enough methane per year to do the same greenhouse damage as four tons of carbon dioxide. So is this significantly contributing to global warming?
Re: Orifice

According to researchers at New Zealand's largest Crown Research Institute, AGResearch, up to 95 percent of the emissions comes from the cow's mouth rather than its behind. It's estimated, through whichever orifice, that each individual cow lets out between thirty and fifty gallons of methane per day. With an estimated 1.3 to 1.5 billion cattle in the world today, this adds up fast
And the methane left in Cow Dung also produces CO2 assuming cowdung can be properly utilized like Natural Gas.

Natural gas - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Most diffcult to carry out knives will be out with huge cry in electronic as well as social media
It will not have a smooth passage but I am sure GoI will be able to make amendments in this bill. That is why Nitin Gadkari is discussing with state govenments so that BJP does not face difficulty in Rajya Sabha.

By the way BJP can always call a Joint Session for crucial bills.
