NATO Deserves this... these idiots have been refusing alternatives after alternative still having the cold war mentality of not accepting the CAR option. And then they cry about how their millions are being burned down to dust.

Probably the alternatives were deemed costly prima facie. But I guess such torching and risky business would have already put overheads on their operational effeciency and costs.
