Blast 'em off .KARACHI: A blast near a madressa (seminary) in Landhi's Khuramabad area in Karachi on Monday killed two people and injured eight others according to hospital sources, DawnNews reported.
Hospital sources said that at least two people had died whereas eight others were injured in the incident.
The blast was caused by a hand grenade and three persons were injured in the attack near a madressa (seminary), DawnNews reported police sources as saying.
Nearby shops were also damaged as a result of the explosion.
The wounded were shifted in ambulances for medical treatment.
Police cordoned off the area as investigations into the incident went underway.
