It's a shame that corruption is so embedded in our society that it is rotting even critical defense infrastructure of the country. There is basically no accountability in the system. When a scam surfaces, we blame the ruling party at the center and only a few are nailed. There are honest cabinet ministers, but because of zero accountability the money gets siphoned away. A strong system must be in place to check Bureaucrats, for they are more corrupt than our politicians. Maybe Lokpal Bill will gap that, early to say, but maybe!
