Kumar, 76, served has the editor of two journals, Dialogue and Chintan Srijan, published by Astha Bharati, a non-profit organisation dedicated to promoting "India's unity and integrity."

The online news outlet, Scroll, has previously reported on the opinions that Kumar has professed over the course of years, including, "There is none in India, who has suffered more due to intolerance than Narendra Modi."

So these assholes will fart what NGOs want to fart from time to time.
That means the NDA GOvt in power now is indeed doing the right thing banning the NGos.
as these brain deads like Ku mar never hesitate to use their brand to please their masters for creating havoc in India and driving divide among the sentiments also promoting agenda of anti national agencies who work at society level.

As expected, SC will make sure very few get deported, if any.

Why do we need elections? Let the courts run everything.

If this government has any balls, they should start deporting Rohingyas and put these supreme clowns in their place. But that would be expecting too much.

No government wants to take the judiciary head on. A vengeful judiciary can block all sorts of stuff.

The Government needs A New LAW

They should have first amended the law or brought an ordinance

This issue has become political; both sides representing
an ideology and a vote bank

Today UP Govt and Yogi has also jumped in

Best thing is to destroy their shanties in winter

You know what will happen

SC judgements can be ignored ; after a while SC will loose interest

Have the Central and State Govt implemented all previous judgements

Courts cannot dismiss the Govt

If Courts were everything then UP and Bihar would be in a much better shape

Law for what? Deporting illegals? The government can already do that. SC intervention has no legal basis.

It will in some cases like police reform, it won't in this or the cracker cases. There is larger agenda at play.

ISIS training 2,000 Rohingyas to strike inside Nagaland: Report

The intelligence branch of Nagaland Police on Thursday warned against a likely attack in the state by the Rohingyas, highlighting the threat that the illegal immigrants pose to national security.

Notably, the Centre is of the view that some Rohingyas have links with Pakistan and Bangladesh-based terror outfits and hence, shall be deported. The Supreme Court, however, on Friday asked the government to strike a balance between national security, economic interests and humanitarian considerations with regard to the Rohingya women, children, old, sick and infirm.

The Nagaland Intelligence sources confirmed that the Imam of Dimapur is contacting the Rohingya rebels and has commenced collecting a huge amount of arms and ammunition from Bangladesh.

According to officials, 2,000 Muslims have volunteered to take up arms against the Nagas, if the latter try to drive them out.
The Imam is planning to attack Hebron and Kehoi camps post which it will be convenient for them to capture Nagaland.

Around 20 ISIS terrorists have entered Nagaland and are training the volunteers.

Suicide bomb attacks and bomb blasts are likely throughout Nagaland.

The authorities have directed to track the movement of Muslims in Dimapur.

Highlighting the gravity of the Rohingya influx, BSF Inspector General (retd) VK Gaur stated that the forces deployed for refugee camps restrict the entry of genuine global relief agencies to makeshift refugee camps.
However, several radical Islamic organisations are active inside the camps.

Gaur said, "It is believed that Pakistan's Jamaat-ud-Dawa (JuD), elements from al Qaeda, Jamaat-e-Islami, Chhatra Shibir, ISI and some other Islamist groups have infiltrated the camps as relief workers for distributing relief material from Islamic countries."]]

They have picked up a significant number of young refugees for arms training. It is learnt that during the night such people are whisked away in vehicles of security forces to three districts including Bandarban and Khagrachari. Needless to say that there are several elements in armed forces who are supporters of ISI and oppose Indo- Bangladesh amity," he added.

Around 140 vulnerable spots have been identified along the 4096-km-long Indo-Bangladesh border from where Muslim Rohingya can cross over to India.

The Rohingya, a Muslim ethnic minority, are denied citizenship under a 1982 Myanmar citizenship law. The Myanmar government recognizes them as illegal immigrants from Bangladesh.

A crackdown by the Myanmarese Army, launched in response to attacks by the Rohingya militants on August 25, has pushed vast numbers of refugees from the stateless Muslim minority across the Bangladesh border. The violence has incubated a humanitarian crisis on both sides of the border.

Lately, dead bodies of Hindu Rohingya killed mercilessly by the Rohingya Muslims were exhumed in Myanmar.

India’s firm policy pushes more Rohingyas to Bangladesh

KOLKATA: India's firm anti-Rohingya policy is triggering reverse migration with several Rohingyas, who worked as domestic help, construction labours and small-time shop-keepers, slowly moving back to Bangladesh.

According to BSF officials, at least 50 such Rohingya immigrants, who had been living in India for years, crossed over to Bangladesh over the past few weeks.

At least three big teams from Sharanpur in Uttar Pradesh, Hyderabad in Andhra Pradesh and Ambala in Punjab tried to cross over to Bangladesh through the border points in North 24 Paragana district.

The Border Security Forces apprehended some of these groups and handed them over to the local police for further legal action. According to a rough estimate, at least 40,000 Rohingya Muslims have been living in India for years now.

Central agencies monitoring the movement of Rohingyas have observed that reverse migration has started, albeit in small groups. Incidentally, this comes at a time when Indian Foreign Affairs Minister, Sushma Swaraj, is having a meeting with Bangladeshi Prime Minister, Sheikh Hasina, in Dhaka.

"Following the interrogation of some Rohingya immigrants who were apprehended, it appears that the people under whom they were working, had asked them to leave. " a senior BSF official said.
