What I stated earlier was that when the anti-Sikh riots took place, India Gandhi was already dead. It does not matter if today Rajiv Gandhi is dead or not. What matters is whether a person (any person who is accused; see quote below) who was dead when the anti-Sikh riots (or any crime) took place can be held responsible or not. That is my only point.

P.S.: Indira Gandhi's descendants should be sorry, but again, cannot be held responsible unless it is proven they were involved. This is especially true w.r.t. Rahul and Priyanka Gandhi. Don't know if Sonia can be blamed. Rajiv probably can be.If MODI and B.J.P. are to be blamed for the GODHRA riots, then INDRA GANDHI and CONGRESS should be blamed for the 1984 ANTI-SIKH riots and they too must be punished and CONGRESS will not be a secular party anymore and the CONGRESS too should be called as a COMMUNAL HARDLINE PARTY and are communal.
