Bihari version of Rakthacharitra but the movie is fiction

Far better than Raktacharita....
It is also based on some real life characters
It has nice humour which Raktacharita lacks...and these scene came so naturally...

The movie looked disjoint at many parts and some characters were not fully developed. These flaws are typical of Anurag Kashyap. Dev D too had similar issues. Haven't seen anything as good as Black Friday from him since. The movie is only good in parts. Hope Part 2 would be better than the first.

Yes, he could make it better. It's still better than many movies which smash the box-office. But we have always very high expectation from maker of "Black Friday". That was a master peice.

The problem is he spent too much time wasting on dialects and body language while shifting focus away from the main story. It could have been tighter by focusing on the revenge aspect.

BTW, movie is not that good.

Nevertheless, sometimes I unavoidably find myself watching some dumb movies in theater (where there is no escape ). I've found a way to save myself though. Whenever, you see a cringe-worthy scene, close your eyes and say la la la la la la la in your head and you would live.
