I also have to upgrade my PC , and I want to do it under 15k, can someone suggest a mobo+ processor+ ram combo within 15k.

I basically use it for my office work I.e. Ms Office, video play plus light gaming, so I won't be buying a gaming combo.
Core i3 6100 + asus h110 mobi + Kingston hyperx

You should get yourselves an RX480 with custom cooler design from MSI or Asus maybe a strix one with 8GB of memory, the reason behind that is because RX480 is future proof, you see, most of the games that would be coming out in coming years are gonna be DX12 games and RX480 outperforms even GTX970 or GTX1060 in terms of DX12 plus you'd get an option of crossfire and then can generate performance equal to a GTX1080.
Low on money and getting a gtx 970 for 15k.
Future proofing is there but I will upgrade the card after may-17

No need for i7 if the need is only gaming, you see i7 6700k and i5 6600k are essentially the same CPU with i7 having 4 extra threads which won't be required if you are not into Video Editing and rendering, if the motive is just gaming with all eye candy get yourselves a good GPU and stick to a i5 6600 and not the 6600k because 6600 comes with the stock cooler and you won't need an aftermarket cooler unless you are planning to overclock and stuff. Here you go a pricelist for all the components from Cost to Cost Nehru Place New Delhi. :-

Actually overclock comes in handy after 2-3 years.

Well then its upto you, you can either go with a i5 6600 with stock cooler and save as much as 6000-7000 rather than buying an i5 6600k with after market cooler. And invest this money into a better graphics card right away
.

Well the good think about Skylake processor is that you can overclock non-k series processors too. After 2-3 years you can go for an after market CPU Cooler and overclock.
-----------------

My take would be this, If you have a budget, go for the wisest choice, believe me I saved a lot of money in my new built where I chose to be with an i5-6500 with stock cooler and two rx480 in crossfire. The result is nearly the same frame rates as an i7-6700 or i5-6600k without OC. And I am glad that I didn't went for an i7-6700K because its totally not worth the money.

What's your rig????
I will only be upgrading the gpu next year and i think it's a good idea to go for core i5 6400/6500 than to go for 6600k.will save money for further upgrades and maybe I will move to kaby lake later next year.

Cooling system is not a problem.i will get a water cooler for about 3-4k again used.

A little more than 1 Lakh. You see I was saving up and collecting from past 3-4 years to have this. Its been 3 months now. RX480 should now be available readily. Like I said always spend wisely.

You see the thing is nowadays a new CPU architecture comes out every year or so, therefore, whatever choice you make, make wise decisions.

And if somehow you can get to Delhi, through your relatives, friends or by yourselves, go to Cost to Cost in Nehru Place. That is probably the cheapest and best shop in India for PC Components.

There will be no trading for a week
