Do Europe has a separate base to supply their operation.

Tajikistan would be a reliable route to deploy troops and supplies in future if necessary. Since americans are already planning to move, other countries must step in to provide any kind of assistance to Afghan govt if needed.

France is maintaining a base in Tajikistan because it is vital to controlling Central Asians resources. We didn't get involved in Afghanistan to walk away with nothing.
