Re: Former general says China won't be afraid to use force & solve Tai

It is true that a technical state of war still exists between the CCP and the KMT. I don't deny that. Taking Taiwan by armed force is the only way you are going to unify Taiwan with the PRC. So the world can look forward to the PRC's armed aggression and military offensive against Taiwan and the invasion of the island. If the PRC is so strong, what is it waiting for? Go in there and take it. Stop blathering about it.
PRC is in no rush to reunite Taiwan. The relatively military power and economic power of Taiwan is declining. The longer she waits, the easier the reunification would be.

Taking a country by a war i.e. Communist China capturing Taiwan would justify Russia retaking all the countries that became independent and are successor States of the USSR, , more so East Ukraine since that has a majority Russian speaking population.
To the whole world, including India, either Taiwan is part of China or mainland is part of China. So, literally, capturing Taiwan has nothing similar to the war between Russia and Ukraine.
After, both Russia and Ukraine sees each other as another country while mainland and Taiwan still recognize each other as the opponent of civil war.

India has repudiated the One China policy.

If the US tacitly felt that Taiwan was a part of Communist China, she would take the permission of Communist China and then give the frigates.

Maybe as the US for overt and convenient political reasons think Mainland is a country and yet props up ROC, Russia overtly recognises East Ukraine as a part of Ukraine, but does exactly what US does for Taiwan.

That is obvious.

In the meantime, the endless propagandist blather from Peking will continue. Yawn!

Mind providing a proof?

Acknowledge one China doesn't stop US from supporting one side of civil war. That is part of game.
