Please be careful during workout. Be aware of the correct postures. Don't damage your muscles. If there is a small pain or tenderness in any muscle/joint please consult a physiotherapist ASAP before they become chronic. Apply ice (not heat) if there are any sort of injuries during workout. And the list goes on and on...
