    Russian territories in America. In 1841 Mexico purchased fort Ross and frequent to California. In 1867 the USA purchased Alaska and Aleutian islands. And in those and in those places large auriferous supplies found later.

    I think they do, possibly with the exception of Micronesia, Marshall Islands, and Palua, which may have their own legal codes..
