As @jouni says, don't underestimate prostitution. Finns love underage prostitutes.

Teen prostitution a silent problem in Finland

Teen prostitution is a commonplace yet hidden occurrence in Finland says the anti-prostitution NGO Exit Prostitution. The phenomenon has not been well-researched in Finland although organisations that work with teens encounter the practice fairly often. Justice Minister Anna-Maja Henriksson has promised a speedy probe into the issue.

There are attempts to buy sex from minors everywhere in Finland, says Tanja Auvinen, a project manager with the anti-prostitution organization Exit Prostitution.

"We know that there are many such cases. It's something that young adults encounter online, or in shopping centres and other public places. Of course some of these under-age children end up becoming prostitutes," Auvinen said.

Auvinen added that research data about the number and backgrounds of teen prostitutes is completely non-existent in Finland.

Buying or attempting to buy sex from a minor is a crime in Finland and legal responsibility for the deed always lies with the buyer, usually an adult male.

Young adults are often lured into having sex as a form of barter in exchange for items such as new clothes, drugs or even a place to sleep at night.

Young people craving acceptance from any quarter often end up trading their bodies.

"Impulsiveness and above all risk taking are all a part of youth. And this can be expressed in this way and that's why one of our central messages is that this is an adult responsibility. Adults cannot take advantage of young people in a delicate position and that time of risk taking," the youth worker said.
Domestic data don't recognize the problem

The problem of teen prostitution has been studied in neighbouring countries for many years, but not in Finland. Youth workers are concerned about the lack of official statistics, because reality tells a different story about the phenomenon.

Kirsi Porras, a specialist working with the Sexual Health Clinic of the Family Federation of Finland (Väestöliitto), says one issue could be that the problem is related to the secret nature of the crime.

"We definitely need more research. If we ask the police for statistics about trading in sex or teen prostitution, then the phenomenon doesn't show up that much. It is quite understandable because few young people will go to the police to make a criminal complaint saying that they traded sex for something," Porras said.

"By the same token, the customers won't go to the police and say that they bought sex from a minor. This dimension only comes out in relation to some other kind of research. And that's the reason this is so much a hidden crime," Porras added.
Justice Ministry to investigate scope of problem

Justice Minister Anna-Maja Henriksson is taking the problem of teen prostitution seriously. She has promised to launch an investigation into the issue in the near future.

"The reality is that it probably does exist. And it could also be wider than we estimate and because of this it's now high time to conduct a thorough study into the matter, so that we know exactly how widespread the problem is," Henriksson concluded.

It is hard for me to believe that India is a disciplined society, Nordic countries and Germany are disciplined societies, that is why we are so rich. I think because of your warm climate, you can be lazy all day and still manage to have something to eat and have a good life. Vegetables grow everywhere just extend your arm and you got something to eat. You are lucky.
:D
Wow!! What a logic..
How can you relate discipline with Richness..
:D
THen you would have to agree that Saudi Arabia is more disciplined than most countries in the world :D

Do Fins extend the arm and fish jumps in to your hand...then you cook it and eat it..

unbelievable..your logic :D

It is hard for me to believe how low the standard of this discussion has sunk. Do not underestimate prostitution: after Italy started to add prostitution and mafia revenue to their economic figures, they found out that they are no longer in recession.
:D meaning you guyz will stoop low at a societal level than the standards of the discussion to make money..

Paris attack designed to shore up France's vassal status: Roberts
A former White House official says the terrorist attack that killed 12 people on Wednesday in Paris was most likely a false flag operation "designed to shore up France's vassal status to Washington."

Dr. Paul Craig Roberts, who was Assistant Secretary of the Treasury in the Reagan Administration and associate editor of the Wall Street Journal, made the remarks in an article published on Thursday.

"The suspects can be both guilty and patsies. Just remember all the terrorist plots created by the FBI that served to make the terrorism threat real to Americans," he wrote.

He said that the French economy is suffering from the US-imposed sanctions against Russia. "Shipyards are impacted from being unable to deliver Russian orders due to France's vassalage status to Washington, and other aspects of the French economy are being adversely impacted by sanctions that Washington forced its NATO puppet states to apply to Russia."

Dr. Roberts stated that French President Francois Hollande this week said that the sanctions against Russia should end. "This is too much foreign policy independence on France's part for Washington."

He added that the CIA has apparently resurrected a policy that it followed against Europeans during the post-WW II era when the US spy agency would carry out attacks in European states and blame them on communist groups.

Dr. Roberts said now the US agencies have planned false flag operations in Europe to create hatred against Muslims and bring European countries under Washington's sphere of influence.

He noted that "the attack on Charlie Hebdo was an inside job and that people identified by NSA as hostile to the Western wars against Muslims are going to be framed for an inside job designed to pull France firmly back under Washington's thumb."

The widely read columnist stated that the US "government tells Americans whatever story the government puts together and sits and laughs at the gullibility of the public."

Sure.

Extend your hand........you have unhealthy packaged food.

In India, just take a walk and you feed yourself from the source - field and rivers.

We buy fresh food from the market daily and so there is no requirement of deep freezers as in the West or salted and preserved food as in your country,

We are blessed by Nature and Climate, unlike you who are frozen for more than half the year.

@sorcerer, thanks for tagging me mate and apologies for the late reply, I was offline for some time.

On topic, didn't went through the thread but if people are seriously thinking this could be true I don't know what to say. It's not that we didn't had/have our share of loonies. Like the IB official who said 26/11 was an inside job or the scientist who said that Pokhran-98 was a failure.

IMHO, this topic is not worth the cyber space it is consuming.
