Ellora caves are carved out of one single piece of gigantic rock. One should visit it at least once in their lifetime.

There is one very famous Hanuman Temple on your way to ellora caves.

Few good dhabas on that road too, which used to be our weekend hangout spot :troll:

A Passage to India - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The story revolves around four characters: Dr. Aziz, his British friend Mr. Cyril Fielding, Mrs. Moore, and Miss Adela Quested. During a trip to the Marabar Caves (modeled on the Barabar Caves of Bihar),[2] Adela accuses Aziz of attempting to assault her. Aziz's trial, and its run-up and aftermath, bring out all the racial tensions and prejudices between indigenous Indians and the British colonists who rule India.

There are some nice caves in Borivali too. One has to drive further deep into Sanjay Gandhi National Park.
