Did a 10-year-old Girl Really Die as Reported by Russian Media?

Interestingly, none of the residents in the area where according to Russian TV stations the 10-year old child was killed by Ukrainian shell knew of the incident or the girl killed.

Nice piece of not-so-obvious propaganda. There is no lies or twisters in it. However, I remember very good that BBC has participated in informational blockade after the fall of Malaysia Boeing, when Ukrainian side launched their most huge offensive with tanks and artillery. Hundreds civilians had died, but no reports from BBC were present.

Here, two days after Boeing crash, no Western media has reported this [shock, 21+]:
