This will encourage the terrorist organisations to send in killers or suicide bombers as tourists, make them stay in hotels and try to get them hired as saviours? Who makes these policies anyway? Anna Chapman, anyone?

Nothing new. According to family stories, the wife of a distant cousin, during WWII, after hearing about German saboteurs landing on Long Island, New York (she lived in New Jersey), started reporting to the FBI those among her neighbors she thought were Nazi collaborators. The FBI took her seriously at first, but she ended up in a mental institution.

Janet Incompetento now will attempt to make the whole country a mental institution.
