With all the clamor for Defence Indigenization, I was wondering how does one go about setting up a small scale industry based on defence products?

Rights of ClimaWare jackets were sold to DRDO for defence adoption, that is one way. But are there any set laws or policy which allows a private concern to design and develop defence products?

Maybe lawyers here can help? @sayareakd

Let's find another word to use in this context, other than "Indigenization."

Indigenization - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Has another totally different meaning in this context:

Indigenization and Economic Empowerment Bill - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
