    Decolonizing Hindu literature: Rajiv Malhotra

Rajiv Malhotra talks about how Westerners after learning from Vedas and Hindu Philosophy are undermining Hindu literature.

He points to an important bridge between Hinduism and Buddhism, the concept of "Indra Jal" Indra's net a philosophy related to cosmos.

This concept is there in Vedas and the same is discussed in Buddhist Philosophy.

Fact is Vedas are facts about Humans, cosmos, universe and other complex principles that run this universe.

These western copy cats who got hold of Hindu texts during their colonial expansions took these concepts and modernized them, proposed them as their own theories at the same time made Hindus feel inferior and ashamed of their culture.

They have christinized Yoga and also tried to westernize Baratnatyam and other fine arts.

Most of the Literature festivals organized in India are controlled by a British sitting in Britain.

These Bible believers whose holy books stops them to think out of box to study our scriptures, have to come out of their religious thinking to propose their theories where as Hindus do not need to come out of Dharma since Science and Spirituality are embedded as a form of religion from the beginning.

Every country has its own patent system, similarly India also has its patent office and we need to patent these things here first. Our country's IP system is the system we should care for. Since Our country's market is 1.2 Billion and growing this patent office will have significance and impact on the world stage.

When we say Patents we talk about American system, no need to worry about that system, we can fight those Ip violations done by them. As we emerge our muscle grows and world will take notice of the things we say.

The emphasis should be "we need a common identity" in this age of globalization, Indians should carry forward their pride and culture on the world stage.

There are mistakes in the past done by Higher castes by denying this knowledge to the lower castes. But things now has changed a lot and people are educated and can digest this knowledge.

Just like Indian democracy progressed and flourished giving its fruits to every section of the society, This knowledge also should be shared and an we need to build the identity.

Hindu Organizations are taking steps in this regard.

Common identity for majority with tolerance to minorities is the way forward.

You are going to the extreme here.

Did I said Ancient Indians should be credited for the inventions westerners did ??

Oppenheimer and Heisenberg themselves admitted that ancient Indian texts are the guidance and hold clues.

Or shall I take your opinion similar to that of those arrogant colonials who did most of the damage to the culture and literature??

People in Europe especially Germany have done and are doing research on these texts.

Read what I have written and understand it or prove me wrong that Oppenheimer and Heisenberg are wrong about Indian texts.

if any scientist find a ancient text to be a inspiration or if he finds the descriptions are consistant with his or anybody else's scientific inventions, then it's his personal opinion, practitioners or students of science need not to consider his personal opinion as scientific fact.

This is what matters absolutely, there is not need for these so called pioneers to admit that sanskrit texts are guidance and hold clues.

You have not read any thing about the uncertainity priniciple or the atomic theory in correlation with ancient Hindu texts.

There are some key principles which are same as the principles discussed in Vedas and other ancient scriptures. What I have written is in this context.

fact is Hindiusm is Science and Spirituality combined.

Don't see much sarcasm on this site.

This guy, Malhotra, would have had a point circa 1915 and some kind of point in 1965. But now...

And "feel inferior and ashamed of their culture" is a self fulfilling, stupid, thing to say.

What does the Heisenberg uncertainty principle tell us about causality?

Quantum Physics came from Vedas: Schrödinger and Einstein read Veda's

Bhagavad Gita, Rig Veda and the Second Law of Thermodynamics | Sulekha Creative

    Schroedinger

There are numerous comparative studies , at this point of time it looks funny. Future will decide what principle came from what.
