its lates Concept Visions project
CVS 302 HOPLITE that is designed
to supply an Indirect Precision
Attack capability for land and
naval artillery in 2035 and
beyond. The HOPLITE system
consists of a mission control
system, and two missile variants,
HOPLITE-S and HOPLITE- L both
of which can fly 70km in under
two minutes at low altitude or up
to 160km at high altitude in under
four minutes.The system is able
to quickly and safely traverse
contested airspaces, and closely
coordinate salvo firings to provide
an exceptional fire support
capability to the front line.
HOPLITE's precision simplifies
operations while reducing
collateral damage risk and
mission cost.

last part of the video shows shelling by enemy is identified by a radar.
its practically difficult to identify the precise shelling point when its with in the city as sound based radars will be inefficient as the buildings obscure the sound,its just only by calculating distance,angle etc to find its position

That was a WLR, It calculate the speed and the trajectory to make an impact assessment..

An WLR picks up the shells as soon as they are in Air..
