nice idea
this will be costly affair
controlling it at that speed for droping bombs -as a unmanned vehicle will be a problem.
It should be like controlling the space shuttle or the SR-71 both reach phenomenal speeds and are maneuverable! The only problem with maneuvering at high speeds is the pilot and his ability to take G-Forces. Since there is no Pilot an Airframe can take far more G's than a human.

Could you explain how this can avert an incoming first strike from multiple fighter aircrafts, like in the case of the 6day war?
This would not be able to perform in that role, it would be best to go with SAMS,AWACS coordinated with fighters along with S-300 or SPYDER and IGLA MANPADS to do that.

the above cases we dont have any sort of expericence so we need it to start from the scratch to develop such shuttle
and which will be expensive

airframe for that speed will be huge and it is very difficult to control its signals remotely.
and
it will be like trying to devlop a Boeing X-51

LT imagine there is an threat coming in to attack an lone Su-30 or an Air Base and the nearest Air Support in punjab will take quite some time to get of the ground and join the fun, mean while an booster aided UAV launched at notice comes screeching in at Mach-3 armed with 1 or 2 AoAs and guided by the Radar of Su-30Mki or ground support would be an instant deterrence, while it fires the missiles and makes the invaders to take counter measures and destroy or slow them the manned Aircraft's can get prepared and follow. speed has its uses.
An invasion as you suggest, is most likely to come from the east owing to the present circumstances and that change of direction would mean making such a modification a simple waste of lots of money. A western direction invasion is impossible owing to their own condition right now.. thanks to their president Zardari who kind of did half our job LOL. In case of the eastern invasion, the theatre of warfare changes totally, meaning that BrahMos would most likely be used as what they already are; cruise missiles. Chinese rely on numbers and hence the main strategy for Army's BrahMos units would be to strike off any communication on regular bases, isolate the engaged Chinese armored units and destroy them with maximum damage. Their main aim would be PLA's engaged troops not being able to call for more backup. And technology no matter how chic is pretty useless in eastern theatre of Himalayas. BrahMos in such a case would would be used in the form it is.

Nice concept, but it already is taking shape somewhere ! What you are suggesting is a hypersonic stealth UAV with a capability to fire AAA missiles at incoming aircrafts. That's a new platform altogether, how can convert a missile into an UAV ? Its more like a stealth Predator using a ramjet engine is what you are talking about. The thing is a UAV with ramjet will have very low fuel storage, and the ramjet will consume fuel like anything even while in the boost phase. Secondly, I don't think it can engage a target at hypersonic speed, it will have to slow down to do that, which will make it vulnerable for a brief moment as the hostile aircraft can lock on it in that instant. Rather, the feature you are discussing is what the 6th generations fighter are meant to do in the future !
