It probably is not, legally; I did not give much thought to the thread title. Prosecutions for contempt of congress have been for failing to provide evidence the committee asks for, or lying in testimony.

I criticised Ghosh for her cut and paste 'interview' of the Godman or whatever he is - Sri Sri.
