The stamps are dedicated to Roman Nyrkov (1977-2015), Konstantin Kostenko (1980-2015), Vitaliy Zakharchuk (1981-2015), Arsen Pavlov (1983-2016), Mikhail Tolstykh (1980-2017), Alexander Nemogai (1956-2016), Oleg Grishin (1966-2014) and Nikolay Alferov (1963-2015).

The special ceremony was attended by the DPR Defense Minister Vladimir Kononov, Acting DPR Minister of Information Igor Antipov and DPR Minister of Communications Viktor Yatsenko.

At the end of the event, Kononov and Yatsenko handed over the stamps to the relatives of the fallen heroes.
