I don't remember exactly, but someone in another thread posted that Paki NR's are kidnapped by their own Kins in pakistan, i meant it to be a matter among biological bhai-bhai but not Chini-Paki bhai-bhai, Pakistanis have taken the meaning of Bhai too literally in this act.
