    Poverty is everywhere. When china's growth story started it was in the sewers. Even after so much growth you can still see poverty in many places. same is the case in USA, France, Sweden or any developed nation. Poverty is here to stay.

    I agree poverty is every where, and unless poor people help themselves poverty cannot be eliminated. its useless to blame a govt. for poverty, poor must be blame for their own condition.
