Chinese new dictators come into power with old dictators retiring

    well, every 10 years, Chinese old dictators finish their terms and retire ,then new dictators come into power...



    do any other dictators volunteer retire and give up their power like CHInese ones???

    Technically, they would be dictators, i.e. the dictate the future and destiny without the mandate of the people.

    However, it is the system that is prevailing in China.

    It seems to be working for the Chinese people.

    While the Chinese leaders do retire after the 10 year tenure, they still continue to play their part in deciding China's policy and destiny.

    Hey our politicians will not retire even if they are in wheel chair & stretcher :laugh:
