Chinese Beiqi-Foton to Set up a Factory in India, to sell Trucks and SUVs

Beiqi-Foton (Foton), will set up a factory in India, which will make trucks (HCVs, MCVs), and passenger vehicles such as SUVs and minivans.

Vehicles made in the Indian factory will also be exported westward (middle-east and north-African markets).

This shows that Chinese companies don't give two shits about CPEC. They're willing to put up their regional manufacturing base in India because we're offering them better of everything than Pakis, plus a huge domestic market.
