One of the things that suprised me coming to Guangzhou was just how many real-estate offices are in China. There is a real-estate broker on nearly every corner.
well, real-estimate in CHina is during its golden age....it feeds soo many brokers.

It is all this activity that helps push the market. Very little of the new build is actually getting lived in. People are using it as a store of value. Heaven help those who don't sell before the coming storm. China's nouveau riche and middle class could become the next lost generation. It will likely be the biggest wipe out of wealth the world has ever seen.

This is what they chinese mean when they say -

In China the government is very rich and very powerful but the people have no power and most are poor.
The government can spend billions on building ghost cities with the people's money, but the people cant do shit about it.
