BEIJING - China said Thursday it would resolutely oppose any military provocation in its territorial waters, remarks which appeared to be directed at the United States, Vietnam and the Philippines.

"We will resolutely oppose any military provocations," Geng said in statements posted on his ministry's website.

"The determination and will of China's military to safeguard national sovereignty and territorial integrity is unwavering."

Geng's remarks came as the United States launched the largest-ever "Rim of the Pacific" naval exercises in Hawaii, involving 22 nations, including the US, India:india:, Russia, Australia and the Philippines.

China was not invited to participate or observe the exercises.

Poor cannon fodders and pet dogs, get played by their US masters again and again and still have not learned much, and they even need to pay the dog food by their own (so they are self-fianced pet dogs LOL), yet still feel happy about that, I guess they dont expect any better LOL.

Your language, behaviour and attitude reminds one of the Nazis just before 1939.Its a pity because fascism has no future.PRC is a rising fascist power that
will learn the hard way that emulating Nazi Germany and fascist Japan of the 1940s will lead to self-destruction and humilation!!!Now you can LOL.

China has good reasons to get wild over this.

US is heading 22 nations in a show of strength against China.

It sure would worry China, more so, till a few days ago these same nations did not think much about the US being their bosom friend and yet now has been able to Shepherd them against China!

This does indicate that you are really scared and soiling your pants!

Foul words are the only weapon of the weak and scared since they do not have anything to combat the issue otherwise!

Your reaction is something like this:

in addition to the passive coalition of 22 nations should the usa consider forming an active ( at a later stage ) coalition for economic action for example but not necesarily confined to an economic blockade ?? an economic blockade for example BY the same 22 NATIONS plus usa could be quite a scare to dragon

    Aquino to China: Be truthful

    By Norman Bordadora
    Philippine Daily Inquirer
    2:37 pm | Thursday, July 5th, 2012

MANILA, Philippines—President Benigno Aquino III urged Chinese authorities on Thursday to “balance what they are saying with the truth,” days after The People’s Daily newspaper, an avowed mouthpiece of the Chinese communist party, accused the Philippines of stirring up tensions in disputed territories in the West Philippine Sea (South China Sea).
Aquino issued what could be the strongest statement from the Philippine government since it imposed a policy of de-escalation in the wake of a naval standoff with China over the Scarborough Shoal off the coast of Zambales.
“It’s not clear with me what the provocative statements are that have been said to have come from Philippine officials. But we know there are many things being said from the other side,” the President told reporters.
“They should read what has been written from their end and, with all due respect, perhaps they should balance what they are saying with the truth,” he added.

not another country bashing post. for starter china is nothing like nazi/japan in wwii, its authoritarian government not dictator, it didn't invade other countries like Skorea, etc etc, economy are tie to the world, and god i hope there won't be a WWIII, cause its won't be just china destroyed but other countries near it, then there is the nuke war.

my point is PH is not perfect, so does china, each has own issues. but this thread is about SCS, not about corruption/political freedom etc. as far as one time incident, ive seen plenty people on this forum judging china base on 1 time instance
