so indian domestic smartphone vendors are going down? two years ago they were enjoying a highest market share, what caused their recession?

Chinese mobile brand like vivo provide better after sales service then any other brand. A friend of mine bought some vivo phone which was gorgeous looking. Cherry on the top was if it gets any problem within 1 month, service center will issue a coupon from which you can buy same model phone from the showroom.
No waiting whatsoever in their service center.

India should create Good economic ties with USA , Taiwan & Korea ....................they are very advanced in semiconductor technologies ..................& with their Help we can create Industry In India .

last year there was 31% growth of jaguar land rover (subsidiary of TATA motors ) in china .............SsangYong Motor (subsidiary of mahindra )also started manufacturing cars in china .


so Indians are successfully earning money from Chinese car market ......................they will not buy TATA cars but they will buy jaguar land rover because of brand Name .

We were going to establish fab units in Gujarat and andhra.

China is behind the west, no one disputes that. all I am contending is that India lags behind china.

arm's architecture is not banned, it's available for indians; tsmc is gonna do the fab job for you as long as you pay it. Chinese huawei designed and built kirin processors based on that, no indian company could finish that job.

Qualcomm processors, Samsung RAM, Sony sensors, etc, all of these are easy to get from open market. with these components, Chinese build a successful xiaomi, while indians failed again.

I agree that smic possesses technology which seems ancient compared with intel, but which indian fab can compete smic? none!

that is my contention, under the same circumstance, India is no match with china.
