Almost all elements of NPT ,ctbt and FMCT are incorporated in india us nuclear deal and
Individual nuclear deals with other nations. Whatever is left is. Nothing more than bureaucracy
Politics and formality.
Pakistanis are not getting educated on such points. Their media brainwash them being victims. Just look how @Neo; changed the argument.

Yesterday many of the Pakistani clowns on national TV were saying that tracking clause is some kind of Tracking device which USA can easily do away with because their satellites can then trace, as every thing is radioactive. They doesn't even knew that IAEA will be still monitoring the fuel.

China joined the NSG after signing the NPT and CTBT, just like all the existing membes. India has signed neither of them. They don't fear India, they're just opposed to double standards applied by some countries.
"Double standards",hmm the term feels synonymous with a failed country I know.

India, wont sign CTBT, NPT ever. The whole song, dance with US on nuclear treaty, is precisely to go around those treaties, period. India does not agree to Hyde Act conditions. Hyde Act is US gov's headache not binding on Indian Govt. Why India is against NPT/CTBT? Simply because the treaty is discriminatory to Nation who are not in P5.

China may agree or not agree, if deal sees light of the day, then US business interests in the same are high enough, that US/ India will press cojones of china in different manner, to make her agree.

Meanwhile China plans to use Pakistan as its "useful idiot" to pinch India.China will make Pakistan its bitch, by giving extra generous credits. Pakistan as usual owing to its genes, will backstab china via Xinjiang.

If India continues to follow Modi FP, India, US, Japan, Australia will form loose alliance to become counterweight to China in Asia Pacific.

Pakistan is not an "useful idiot".

You require brains to be useful.

If India does so, Pakistan will follow suit and China will have no problem welcoming India into the NSG and push for Pakistan's entry too.

China didnot oppose the 123 agreement, it was the media which hyped like it is doing now with the current nuclear deal.
China always is the one with problems.

But then they are not material once things start happening.

You think Pakistan has a chance after nuclear proliferation by sharing nuke tech with North Korea, Libya and Iran

Doesn't matter if China vouches for Pakistan to enter NSG. Other countries will never accept it. We should go ahead and get pursue this goal.

China's position is much more logical than the US' position here, since China is arguing for upholding international law while the US is the one arguing for a specific exemption.

If India wants into the NSG, why not just sign and ratify the CTBT and NPT? Given the pledges the GoI has issued, it would require no change in the official GoI position, while also making India's nuclear aspirations much more difficult to argue against.
