过去两年，中国向其他发展中国家提供的贷款超过了世界银行(World Bank)，凸显北京方面经济影响的广度及其获取自然资源的努力。

英国《金融时报》的研究表明，2009å¹´å’Œ2010年，中国国家开发银行(China Development Bank)及中国进出口银行(China Export-Import Bank)向其他发展中国家和公司至少发放了1100亿美元的贷款。而从2008年中至2010年中，世界银行相应机构作出了1003亿美元的贷款承诺——为应对金融危机，这一贷款规模本身已经达到创纪录水平。

In 2009 and 2010,China Development Bank and China Export-Import Bank provided 110 billions USD to the 3rd world countries at least,while at the same time World Bank just promised 100.3 billion USD loans to the 3rd world countries.

World Bank now is being marginalized in the 3rd world countries by China.

the loans from Chinese banks are not only more than World bank,but also is more easy than World Bank. So , World Bank keeps losing its market shares to Chinese banks.
