林毅夫认为，未来20年，中国都有维持GDP增长8%的潜力。如果把这潜力发挥出来，到2020年我国的人均GDP和城乡居民收入都会在2010年的基础上翻一番。林毅夫表示，目前，我国的人均收入为6000美元，到2020年人均收入可以达到1万美元，考虑到人民币还会升值。到2020年的时候，人均收入至少应该可以达到12000美元。按照世界银行的标准，人均收入达到12000美元就可以算是高收入国家。

Lin Yifu,the senior deputy President & chief economist of World bank, stateed that by 2020 China will have become a high-income country with a per capital nominal GDP of over 12000 USD.

he also said that only two economies have succeeded in rising from low-income economies to high-income economies ,which are S.Korea and Taiwan.....




well.as I know,besides Taiwan and S.Korea,Oil-barons such as S.Arabia also sucessfully rose from income economies to high-income economies....
