Beijing: China has published a list of six Islamist terrorists who trained in Pakistani camps and announced it was freezing their funds and assets.

The six are all core members of the terrorist group "East Turkistan Islamic Movement", according to a statement issued Thursday by the Ministry of Public Security.

They have participated in the organization, planning and execution of terrorist acts against Chinese targets within and outside the country, Xinhua cited the ministry as saying.

The ministry hoped that foreign governments and their law enforcing departments would help to arrest the six and hand them over to Chinese authorities.

The "East Turkistan Islamic Movement" is still conducting propaganda and instigation among members of the "three evil forces" of separatism, extremism and terrorism who live in China, and attempts to stage terrorist acts, the statement said.

The group is the most direct and real safety threat that China faces, said a spokesperson of the Ministry of Public Security.

Militants who received training in terrorist camps in Pakistan set fire to a restaurant and randomly killed civilians in Xinjiang's Kashgar in July last year, leaving six civilians dead and 15 injured.

An investigation found that the group's leaders had learned how to make explosives and firearms in camps of the terrorist group "East Turkistan Islamic Movement" in Pakistan before entering Xinjiang to organise terrorist activities.

Xinjiang, which borders Pakistan and Afghanistan, is home to China's Muslim Uygur ethnic people.

the story is untrue...some of them were trained in pakistan some were not... some in afganstan and other central asian countries...some in west asian countries....theres barely 1 terrorist trained ONLY in pakistan...

anyway i think pakistani gov has done a lot to counter terrorism how ever alot more needs to be done by all the terror-affected countries (and not just islam terrorism but also christan terrorism etc)....

we need more cooperations from pakistan and afghanstan and some other countries in asia to more effectively deal with ET terrorists but 1st we should have a look on our armed force....r they getting enough funds or info??? anything more can be done before those attacks??? u can never largely count on others hand when u r trying to save ur own ass can u?

All Universities for education on terrorism activities & physical training are located in Pakistan.

You don't need to be specific in saying that some terrorist was trained in Pakistan.

Its like if I'm an engineer then it implies that ofcourse I passed out from a Engineering College.

Similarly if you are a terrorist, then obviously you were trained by Pakistan.

China Seeking Counter-Uighur Military Bases In Pakistan?

In its effort to combat separatist Uighur groups, China is apparently seeking to establish military bases in the part of Pakistan that borders the Uighurs' home province of Xinjiang. That's according to Pakistani journalist Amir Mir, writing in Asia Times:

While Pakistan wants China to build a naval base at its southwestern seaport of Gwadar in Balochistan province, Beijing is more interested in setting up military bases either in the Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA) of Pakistan or in the Federally Administered Northern Areas (FANA) that border Xinjiang province.

Given the relationship with the US currently, China is Pakistan's only hope.

They will have to give way to the Chinese?

Kashgar Officials Blame Pakistan for Harboring Uyghur Terrorists

Since U.S.-Pakistan relations took a nosedive following the raid to kill Osama bin Laden, Islamabad has appeared to try to woo China as its new superpower ally; Pakistan's prime minister, Yousaf Raza Gillani, called China "Pakistan's best friend" on a visit to Beijing shortly after the bin Laden raid. But the courtship is hitting a rocky patch: Chinese officials say that attacks in the far western city of Kashgar over the weekend were planned in Pakistan, in Uyghur terror training camps there........

Uyghur activists, along with several foreign experts quoted in these news stories, suggested that blaming Pakistan was an attempt to dodge the fact that it is in fact local people, angry with Beijing's heavy-handed rule over the Uyghur-dominated province of Xinjiang, who are rising up. But the fact that they're pointing the finger at Pakistan is probably making some people in Islamabad pretty nervous. China takes the Uyghur issue VERY seriously, and if they really think that Pakistan is actually harboring Uyghur terrorists, the two countries aren't going to be best friends for long.

This is a lie by China to cover up the thousands of Uighurs they have killed.
They are using the same policy in vogue by Labelling people as terrosrist to
    validate their actions.

I can understand some face saving attempt by u for a 'friendly' neighbor of china. But how low will u stoop to support pakistan? In pakistan it's the private sector while in China it's the public sector that terrorize people. FYI, pakistan has it's own internationally acknowledged universities like IIT (International Institute of Terrorism) and ISB (Institute of Sucide Bombing) NIT (National Institute of Terrorism). In contrast China has just one well known organization i.e CCP :taunt: :scared2:

Not to forget that Swiss are also after Pakistanis after those Swiss couple got kidnapped in Pakistan. Think about it:

    - USA caught Pakistanis red handed for bombing plots
    - Pakis didn't even spare their dear Sri Lankans by attacking their team.
    - UK found multiple Pakistani based terrorist cells in its territory
    - German and French Jihadis have been arrested by their governments who are Pakistanis by origin.
    - entire NATO is in hot pursuit of 2 dozen terrorist cells that originate in Pakistan
    - Russia's bombing a year ago was traced back to Pakistani camps.
    - We of course have a problem with them
    - Now US issued a bounty on Hafiz Sayed.
    - And even Chinese "brothers" are pointing fingers.

I won't be surprised if that Thai bomb blasts also are traced back to Pakistan. :rotfl:

We understand you have been instructed to keep Pakistan's image high up as much as possible so we won't argue with you here.

Yeah... Pakistani government has done so much that it has 36 world's most dreaded islamic terrorist groups hiding in its territory as a refuge; from Chechen terrorists to Indonesia's bali bombers, to POK terrorists and even Somali AL Shabbab loonies.

Sure.. that's a lot from Pakistani government FOR terrorism.

You communists are so stubborn that you will keep pretending that nothing is happening due to orders from your party. Your own friend has backstabbed you with terrorism and now you are supporting him just to ensure that it stands to distract us of becoming your competitor. Listen, you are really going to suffer if you continue to neglect Pakistan's islamist threat. The entire country is 20 times more radicalized than Afghanistan. They make the Arabs look as liberal as Jamaicans man!

All this token love and you donating military goods to them to fight against us is going to get you nowhere. Jihad is a monster that even your Red Army has not seen. Trust me, it will be better if you join us now.
