India bhai, How to pay money under the table more efficiently , share Chinese bhai please? if CHinese able to speak Hindi, will it make things easier or Indian don't like money very much, but pretty lady will do the job?

Yes, we can do the business in that way, but only in very few cases. The facts are
India and China are mostly competing in the manufacturing space - India is in a much weaker position than China. China has built enormous capacities assuming a certain growth but they will not always pan out. Indian investment is more efficient and hence much smaller. China has a lead in electronics hardware, FMCG and now capital goods but India can easily catch up but our policy making at the top is not smart enough.
Indian financial markets are more mature than China excluding Hong Kong. We will struggle with the policy issues since the world is going through difficult times. Look at Obama's hypocrisy - this kind of thing will be increasingly questioned.
Not sure about China but the legal system has served India well so far with minor changes to the British legacy. The irritants are more at the implementation level.
