That is Paki 'Occupied' area. China's refusal to stop activity will compromise their position & put them in violation of regional authority of India. All PRC can do is deny their presence in PoK which is essentially Indian territory.

Why do I never see any uprising or demand of freedom from GB? It is because Baki army is ruthless and they have mixed Pukhtoons and others with the local populace to completely cull their voices.

That happened long back in the 80s when Musharraf had sent a lashkar under Bin Laden to kill the Shia uprising in PoK.
After that the strategy has been to show the stick (not use it as much) to the remnants and gradually change the demography.
That is the only reason that PoK is more or less silent even when the Pakistani mainland itself is reeling under fatal issues.

Infrastructure projects in PoK by Chinese civil companies. So what? There are chinese companies doing road projects in India too.

they are doing in indian part which is illegally occupied by pakistan .
