Faulty bullet proof jackets cost the lives of at least three brave police officers on 26/11. Even worse, they may have very nearly cost the lives of another 2,000 CRPF personnel. During a random test conducted by the CRPF, bullets easily passed through these jackets. Deepak Bajpai has the details.

And the best part is that the government can't take action against the supplier as per the contract!!

The only way to stop this corruption in arms is to catch the owners of the design bureaus who made these vests and execute them without trial. This would send a message across the country's arms establishment to be more serious about their work. In early 2000s, a PLAN admiral was caught divulging some naval secrets to a foreign country. He was caught and hanged to death to send a message.

No wonder PLA these days is more alert, organized and dedicated like their arms manufacturers. We need to start doing the same.

i think the sales man should be made to wear this jacket and then it was tested on him, if he survives then the forces should buy this product.
